It looks like a problem with long filenames 
(also blanks are in the path).
I tried something similar just now with the 2.5 binder
and it worked fine. A long time ago bindw.bat
used ex.exe rather than exw.exe. Check your
bindw.bat file and change it to use exw.exe (or exwc.exe).
That should help.
