It appears that you are using a file name, or path, for something in there. The IPC call uses Shared Memory. Somehow, the path you are giving is used as the name of the shared segment of memory. This is not allowed. I'm not familiar with the IPC include, but you will have to change some parameter so that it does not use any backslashes.
