Im still not sure what it is you are trying to do.

Are you:

   1.  Trying to create a menu in your program and then display it
       and process commands?

   or

   2.  You have some sort of compiled menu resource you are 
       trying to include in your program? (filename.res)

If the answer isn't #2 then you dont want to use LoadMenu().
