windoze handles

Hey all windoze eperts, and Rob,, and Junko,

Is it normal for exw.exe to have 32 handles open? I am using a dos window 
for puts(), one readfile and one writefile on a hardrive, and am using 
wininet.dll, opening one http at a time and then closing it. Just 32 isn't a big
number, but as i am running 8 of these, 8 exw.exe's, and the processes it 
spawns, it adds up. If Robert added threads, and a return from a dll could 
generate an event, would we save on windoze resources?
