IDE and hotkeys

I've been asked to add more hotkeys to IDE for "Open", "Save" and "SaveAs." I currently have F5 for "Run." Are there any industry accepted "standards" for any of these keys? I'd like to stay as close to other aps as possible. Thanks, Judith
