Hello all,

I just sent Robert a Virtual Window Scrolling Demo
the ability to Vertical, Horizontal and Window Resize
is available not to mention it's fairly FAST and does not
use win32lib. I hope to put some documentation together
and add Double Buffering to this soon.

If anyone has a question about this before I get the Docs
together I'll try to answer your questions.

I tried .bmp images with this Demo and the Window Repaints are
pretty fast cause the Rect is the only portion of the Virtual Window
being redrawn.
