RE: IDE wount start
To move a control left click it with the mouse and while the mouse is
depressed move to a new location and then lift up. Or use the Property
row and column. Some controls, such as Tab Item, may not be moved
without also holding down the shift key. To copy a control press the
ctrl key and use the left mouse and move where you want the copied
control to be. Tool Bar and Status Bar may not be moved at all but
controls within them may be moved.
No, you are not stupid or what. The documentation, IDE.htm, is not the
easiest to understand.
