For win32lib apps (in source form) to work properly the following
files must either in the same directory or in the euphoria include
directory (c:\euphoria\include\):

Win32lib.ew
tk_trim.e
tk_mem.e
tk_misc.e
tk_maths.e
w32Keys.e

Hmm, think that's all....
