You register a domain name with any registrar, such as NameSecure, then either point it at an existing page, or contact a hosting company which offers the options and price and bandwidth you like. It's typically $70 to register the domain for 2 years, and hosting is between $free and $1000/month. Some people host their domain on their own puter, using Namesecure or a redirector company to get the dns servers to point to it. There is also a free non-official registration service, offering many different domain types, not just .com, .org, .edu, .mil, or .net. Kat
