A request for a DLL

I am not sure if this can be done, I hope so. Could someone make a dll that makes a async connection to ip/port. A recive buffer for inbound data(each call to(made up name) rec_data returns the next line in the buffer(all data tell a <CR><LF>) Sending data, not sure if anything special would be needed. 100000000000000000TIA Grape Vine 13728824
