Visual Euphoria Library -- NEW Release v0.04

Hi All,

In this release of Visual Euphoria Library, I've added the following:

New controls: PopUpMenu, PopUpItem, DropMenu, PageControl, TabSheet,
UpDownButton (aka. spin button), DateTimePicker.

Added standard colors to the COLOR attribute.

Added the following Font attributes: FONTCOLOR, FONTHEIGHT, FONTNAME, FONTSTYLE.

Added access to Microsoft Help files (.hlp) with the new attributes: HELPFILE,
and HELPCOMMAND.

Added the following events: CHANGE_EVENT, ENTER_EVENT, EXIT_EVENT,
KEYDOWN_EVENT, KEYPRESS_EVENT, KEYUP_EVENT.

Added more demo files.
