Hi Eduardo,
it should *not* be difficult to change background color of grid. i think it
needs modifying just several lines of code. if you want, i will modify the
codes to allow white background color soon.
One question: when the background color is changed to.. for example
to WHITE(color no. 7), do you want to keep that color(WHITE) in your bitmap
as the masking color? Or you want to the BLACK (color no. 0) is to be restored
as the masking color when it is saved?

it's great! i have had similar idea of you (many BMPs with one palette)
however, upto now, i don't have it.
