OK, it went smoother than I thought.  I've got it converted to win32lib,
though I don't doubt that I've introduced some new bugs in doing so.  You
can get EDB here:

http://www14.brinkster.com/matthewlewis/projects.html

You'll need a copy of win32lib in order to run it.
