Yes we have!
I will not veto any change that gets majority support.
I will only cast a single vote, equal to anyone else.
I think "qualified" users should each have one vote.

(And of course, some person capable of doing the
work has to be in favor of a change, if it is ever
going be done.)

I would hate it if a general GOTO were added,
but I would not be too upset about some other
more restricted, structured statement being added,
though I have only had a few instances where I
felt it would be useful. I'll comment on your specific 
proposal if it ever goes to a vote.
