I rather like your submission, it works well. Purely in the spirit of sharing knowledge, please have a look at: http://palacebuilders.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/Introf.htm#feh I haven't done it, but there is a way to do "single stepping" without inserting calls in the assembler, so I thought this might interest you. What I have done is trap overflows and exceptions, and value trap an internal line counter. The referenced (FASM) assembly is here: http://palacebuilders.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/Feh.htm (some work, obviously, to make it asm.e compliant) I'd be interested to know what you think. Regards, Pete
