.. honest, I forget what the question was, but as CoJaBo mentioned recently, with respect to labels, u can just use the SS_NOTIFY flag. ..i.e: testpic=create(Bitmap,"",Win,10,10,36,36,SS_NOTIFY), .. well, at least it works for me
