As the developer of wxEuphoria (wxeuphoria.sourceforge.net), I'm somewhat biased, but that's the library that I use. I've also started an IDE to go along with it. The editor is based on the Win32Lib IDE's editor, and the visual window builder doesn't work yet. I don't think I've worked out all the bugs yet, but it's the editor I mainly use (both windows and linux). Matt Lewis
