What's it's name, and where can we find it? The best one I know (and I'm running one myself) that you can actually post to through e-mail is Discus. http://www.discusware.com One example you can do with it: I'm running it for a community of musicians that use a certain studio software. There was a mailinglist at Yahoo groups but people where asking for a forum. As the developer of the software at that time did not want to set up a forum, I did it myself. Most of the community moved over to my forum (close to a thousand users now) but a lot of people liked the mailing list as well. On my forum we have a few announcement areas where stuff is posted that is of interest to ALL users. So I did set up a dumy-user on my forum that corresponds with a dummy account on Yahoo groups. I then subscribed the dummy account to the announcement areas for receiving messages through e-mail. Now when an announcement is posted on the forum, it is automatically send to the Yahoo mailing list as an e-mail message. Something like that could be done here as well tmo Hans Peter Willems
