RE: IDE v18 released

Hi,

When I try to invoke the IDE, I get an error:

Error Code 464
Couldn't link to C function 'GetWindowInfo'

I have installed the latest Win32Lib and V18 of the IDE. The OS is Win 
NT 4.0 SP 5.
