Mirwald files restored

Jason Mirwald lost his Web site recently.
This created bad links for most of his user contributions.
People were asking about his TCP, shared memory and
other contributions.
Today he sent me all the missing files, and I've
uploaded them to RapidEuphoria.com
All his links work again.
