If you look beyond the analogy its a completely different thing.
It is just a tiny bit closer to eu.ex. (Since eu.ex is the interpreter
running under itself, and what you quoted was about linux running under
itself.... a buitlin eval() wouldn't even that that much in common.)

They are all a 'thing-on-a-thing' (or rather 'thing-on-itself') sort of
concept tho.
