Hint to this person, 5yrs from now everyone will lease their application online instead of owning CD's or downloading actual programs. I see a time when the O/S is the only piece of software on your machine and if Mr Bill G has his way as Im sure he will, this will happen. He won't. For one very simple reason: Running business apps that reside on a computer owned by Bill means giving Bill access to your customer database, their credit card numbers, your accounts payable, accounts receivable, etc. etc. Just what sane business person is going to send this vital information to a company which has proven time and again that they can't be trusted? Not even to obey federal laws, much less keep their contractual "promises". (Like, for example, the inevitable "guarantee" that all this critical data will be "encrypted" so that "no one at Microsoft can see it". Yea, right!
