ODBC Update

I've updated my ODBC library (now v1.2).  I added lots of stuff, and 
improved the demo.  You can now scroll through data using a cursor, get 
a list of tables in a database, commit and rollback transactions, more 
options to connect and use parameters in queries.

For those interested, please let me know what other features you'd like 
to see, or (of course) any bugs.  If I don't hear anything I'll go ahead 
and send the update to Rob.
