RE: Repeatable Win32Lib 'Resource' Problem

Hi George,

I think that issue is an XP thing. I saw the same type of behavior when
I was working on Judith's IDE (working on the text editor). If I had
the editor open when I locked my computer, I'd return to a screen full
of those popups. I believe that problem is related to how locking a
computer in XP will lock out access to the DC of your window. Every
time the editor would try to flash the emulated cursor (handled by a
timer that kept running) while the system was locked, it would throw out
that warning until the system was unlocked again. I suspect that your
system gets locked in the same way before suspending.
