Added
* getSelectionFont() for RichEdit controls. Returns addr of a LOGFONT structure;
* enhanced getFontDialogEx() so that it can use an user supplied LOGFONT
structure;
* squashed a bug in extractDC() that should have crashed long ago.

I hope I didn't break anything regarding printing, but now (cf J. Evans recent
post), I get the right font sizes in the font chooser, even at 72 and above.
Reason: the formula getFontDialog() had been using for years was not always
right, and is superseded by convPointsToLogical() in 0.70.1.
