Some of you sadi you wanted a dictionary.  So, i've taken the code from one 
i downloaded and made it look nicer.  it is on the contributions page now.

basically, it is an include file with some functions for the plain ascii 
dictionary file (supplied).
you can either determine if a word appears in the dictionary or search for 
words matching your string with wildcards.

you may have to wait a bit - chances are the mailing list processes this
