I've put one in my version.

there is no devmode structure, so you cannot save or set the paper or
orientation, collation or print to file.

Attached is my win32prt.ew file which does these things. Note that it
is "as-is", with the case of the first letter of all clashing global
names changed to avoid name clashes, and it is initialised last, but
that is what I had to do to get it to work

PS PrintButton() is application-specific as it stands.
