WinClass: HotTrackButton Class

Hello,


When i uploaded the new WinClass library i forgot to mention in the
writeup that there is now a hot tracking button class.  This class
is pretty much just what it says: when the mouse hovers over the
button it "lights up".
As with other WinClass classes, to create a hot tracking button simply
use its "Create()" function as defined right in the .ew file.  It's
pretty much like creating a standard button except there are params
for other things like: text color, background color, highlight color,
etc., and a few different advanced styles.
