Linux/Wine - Euphoria install

This may be of interest: Recently, since Robert distributed all the platform files together for eu3.0_tasking, I've enjoyed checking out some recent Euphoria "Dark Side" postings using Wine. I copied exw.exe to /home/ken/bin/. Next I created a shell/bat file named "exw", which contains this line: wine /home/ken/bin/exw.exe Then, I made it executable: chmod +x exw Now, I can run, for example, exw Units.exw Works like a charm. I'd love to see wxEuphoria version of most Windows programs, but Wine suffices in most instances. I think that the Euphoria DOS/Windows files, well, at least the interpreter, should be included in the Linux distribution or made optionally available - somehow, I've got the notion that the RDS's ritzy DOS/Windows installer is not Linux friendly. Has anyone tried Gentoo Linux and Euphoria? Ken Rhodes 100% MicroSoft Free SuSE Linux 10.0 No AddWare, SpyWare, or Viruses! Life is Good
