In the 'Readme.txt' file it reads:
"Since the release of Euphoria v2.5, most Euphorians deemed
dynamic/conditional inclusion impossible, ..."

This is not quite right. It has been discussed here even before Eu 2.5
was released, and Rob had confirmed that it's possible a long time ago.
