Chris and friends, I am fine. I worked hard on a further improvement
for primes, then gave up at least temporarily.
I am working on a Euphoria version of the Ternary Tree as in DJJ
April, '98. The first part, the tree builder, just today started to work. If
I can get the read portion going, I will post it all as a suitable vehicle
for a further improvement project such as you suggest.
The DJJ article, page 20, is very interesting and probably available
on line at http://www.ddj.com (and with more background at
http://www.cs.princeton.edu/~rs/strings/ )
Cheers!
