Dos console colors affects my program?

Should I use text_color(WHITE) and bk_color(BLACK) in the begining of my= =20 proram? I don=B4t know if the user command_line settings affects my program if i= =20 don=B4t add this code! How to do if i wan=B4t to restore the user settings, whatever they might= =20 be, case i put this code into my program?
