It's the very last contribution on the recent user contributions page. By
David Cuny. The editor has the look and feel of DOS Edit for Win95/DOS 7
and QBasic. (It's sorta a hybrid between the two, plus features of ED,
and it's own stuff.)

It's easy to change by editing the file and looking at the constants. I
like more of a blue background..... I haven't done it yet, though, since
I'm not the best at color schemes, but I'm getting better.
