I saved your lvedit.exw attachment, and translated/compiled
it with: ecw -wat
without any problems. It also ran without any problems.
What error message do you get?

I also tried ecw -bor
compiling/running without any problems.

ecw -lcc compiled, but had a run-time error from Win32Lib.
That doesn't surprise me. Bugs in Lcc make it fail on some
Win32Lib programs.
