List Box Being Rendered Weird

I've created a window with the IDE, but the List Box is being rendered
strange... When the program is run, it looks as though there's a duplicate
list box underneath the main one, but it doesn't show this way in the Design
window. I'm attaching a 4.44KB jpg to demonstrate what I mean.
