ListView focus

I am writing a program with several controls on it including a Listview. Is
it possible that when the Listview gets control, using the <TAB> button, to
highlight a selected row of the Listview, at the moment it only highlights
when I use the arrow keys. Also when the Listview looses control the
background of the selected row shows the Windows default colour, which is
green in my case, and not the Listview background colour which is white.
