Translator Library patch

I made a small correction (one line of C code)
to the 2.4 alpha Translator library files
for Borland and Lcc, namely ecwb.lib and ecwl.lib.
Both the PD and Complete Edition versions were corrected.

You should re-download these files, if you use
the dir() function.

This was due to a reported bug where
the dir() function would concatenate
the file attributes (if any), onto the
end of the file name. This bug was introduced
in 2.4 alpha.

The interpreter is not affected, nor is
the Translator using any other C compiler.
