You dont have to break anything.
Just leave the normal RDS includes where they are
since any function you want to use is global.

All you have to do is create your new libraries and import
any RDS global function you want to use and export it as a global function
from your new library.

If someone uses your library and does not include a RDS library
that has this function in it.

If they want to use RDS library then they will have to use them exclusively
or use name spaces.
