Replying to my own message, because I found out where the files were: in the 
directory from which exwc.exe is launched. A very clumsy thing. I worked 
around it by copiying exwc.exe to the desired target folder, and got all 
the expected files generated.

Derek, can you either use the 4th argument as target directory, or at least
document this feature (which I'd consider as a bug rather)?
