I realised a short while ago that the link was broken.and I've been
intending to put it up somewhere. Seems all the Morfit/3D State user pages
are gone. Even the forum seems to be missing. I wonder what happened.

If Gary can't find his copy, I'll try to put it up on my web in a day or
two.
