Sure it can, but you have to do a little configuration first.

(1) Select the menu item Tools/Preferences. This will show a window of stuff you
can configure.

(2) Click on Tools in the left hand treelist. Then click on User Tools.
This will show a panel that contains a list of user tools for you to set up. In
your case, Euphoria.

(3) Select one of the items in the User Tool list that has "- Empty -" in it.
(Take note of the Ctrl-key associated with the one you chose)

(4) Edit the fields below like this...

Menu Text:  Run Euphoria
Command: C:\euphoria\exwc.exe
Argument: $(FilePath) $(UserInput)
Initial Dir: $(FileDir)

And I suggest clicking 'Close on Exit' and 'Save before execute'.

Press the [OK] button.

Now to run it, you can press Ctrl-%X% where %X% is the number of the user tool
you just configured. Or you can select the menu item Tools and select the "Run
Euphoria" entry you just created.
