If you are using Windows XP, there is a folder which has extra stuff for
Notepad++. On my computer it is C:\Documents and Settings\my name\Application
Data\Notepad++

I cannot guarantee this is all that needs to be done, since I also played
around in Notepad++ with the language menu thingy before I placed this file.
