After the install, there is no entry on the start button/applications for
Nexus Radio. It's installed to C:\Program Files\Nexus Radio.

Double-clicking the Nexus Radio application gives me an error dialog that
says:

   Error!
   There was an error while running Nexus Radio!
   Please click [OK] to shutdown Nexus Radio.
   OK

So it doesn't look like it's quite compatible yet.
