confused by error message

hello

i love programming with euphoria
and have no problems running my 'work in progress'
(currently a planetarium program)
  
however

i dread attempting to run programs by other people
(like the ones i find in these archives)

in most cases i get this error message:
   "CANNOT RUN PROGRAM WITH MISSING DATA FILES"
underneath a list of files identical to the ones i can quite clearly see
in the same folder as the program i am trying to run

am i a little bit stupid?   sad
or are there some aspects of euphoria that are not as beginner user friendly
as they could be?   :-s

not that im complaining as such   smile
it is an excellent programming language for me   grin
a lot of hard work has obviously gone into creating this amazing product   pleased
and it is free   shocked

thank you for any
   (keep it simple & step-by-step for me please)
advice you can give me
