Yeppers, that was what I meant. ;') I couldn't remember and was lazy enough
not to search through the old messages and find it (where some nice person told
me about it to begin with).

Hmmm. DOS doesn't really help me at this time. Win95, Linux, and X-win stuff
is what I'm interested in. Actually, what I had sorta in the back of my mind
was something that I could use in all 3 environments with no or very little
conversions needed. Portability in a major way I guess is what I'm thinking
of.

Just the LILO boot track? Why don't you get ahold of Loadlin and boot up your
linux from DOS long enough to do a new LILO?

PS: The atmosphere here on this list of trying to help each other with
programming reminds me a bit of the atmosphere on the Debian Linux mailing
list. Luckily however, this list is not near so big! <grin>
