Fuzzy Logic Library

My new fuzzy logic library, replete with documentation,
examples, example code and benchmarks, has been sent
to Rob for inclusion on the main euphoria web page,
for those interested in taking a look.

I've tried to make it in such a way that if you have
had little or no exposure to this type of thinking
and reasoning, that this library will give you all
you need to become at least a little proficient in
fuzzy logic.

Bug reports, benchmark results, and suggestions are
wholeheartedly welcomed... might wanna send them
to me directly to keep clutter off the list...
