i have found a temporary work around, all i do is copy the ECW.ew into the
programs folder i want to compile, then i copy the entire borland/bcc55/bin
folder into as well, and it works fine, compiles everything which tells me its
definitely a path error, the strange thing is i have the path setup correctlly,
its c:\Borland\BCC55\Bin; set in my path directory yet it still doesnt come up
when i try and run it from any other folder, just bizzare.
