matheval 1.6

I've updated matheval again.  I added square root (how did that get left 
out?!) and also the ability to create scripts within matheval, which is 
something I've wanted to do for a long time.  It includes for-loops, 
if-then statements and even gotos, so that you can put actual algorithms 
into matheval, rather than just equations.

I made a demo that approximates cumulative probabilities for a normal 
distribution (see normal.txt and normdemo.txt).
