If i get a shell that doesn't need rebooting every week or so, doesn't have
published expoits a la M$, it will be a nix box of some flavor. So i need a
reverse proxy for a nix box.

If the idea works, then maybe i can build something around dos32 on the
isp's lan. Or even windoze, but in a way it auto-reboots (with separate
hardware) if it cannot handshake with me at home, that is, if it's frozen. I
can't do that with a shell account. Nor even with a dedicated box at a hosting
company, since i'd have no way to remote reboot if an exploit froze it.

I've been thinking of this for several years now.

Kat
