WinClass Library Update

Hello again,

I've submitted a few new files that update the library to Rob
earlier today.  The update fixes a couple of 'free' bugs
that had caused problems when running with Euphoria v2.3 .

Also, the 'Raised Button Class' is not an MFC class, although
it is very much like an MFC class, and also, it is not only 
possible to write MFC classes for this library, i hope to do
so in the future.
